It’s been cold all day, and a bit windy, but just started to have snow flurries later this afternoon. Not much is sticking but it looks like someone spilled the sugar bowl!

I had a few things to do at work today, and then chatted with Rege a bit. His young grandson, Kade, (4th grade I think??) is a history nerd and absolutely loves sharing information. I told Rege that he needed to get Kade to Williamsburg!

I left work and picked up my prescriptions at Giant Eagle. Then I got my follow-up bloodwork done. I have to have my potassium levels checked every so often because of one of those prescriptions.

Logan sent me a picture of him and Ransom, thanking me for the Valentine! Kelly said the dog is back to his usual, ornery self!

I have a few small things to do today yet but not much. I just watched an episode of my History Traveler guy at the Flight 93 memorial. It was nice to walk through it with him – and it reminded me of the day I went with Kelly’s homeschool group for a private tour. It sounds silly to say, but experiencing that place changed my life. What a moving experience.

Kelly is home sick with the flu (Matt txt me). I told him to take care of her, take care of themselves, and keep up with the laundry! She needs rest!

Scripture of the Day:

PEANUTS (Courtesy of Diane):

TOMORROW February 12 is:
Darwin Day; Hug Day; National Freedom to Marry Day; National Lost Penny Day; National Plum Pudding Day; Red Hand Day; Safety Pup Day; Tourism Day; Union Day.
Hugs all around, everyone! I think you need a little more than ‘freedom’ in order to marry. Try not to lose any pennies. As for Tourism, see above Snoopy pic! God bless…
