I had a few things to do in Jeannette this morning. Ken and I had a long discussion about family cabins. Rege and I chatted a while about what he called ‘the deep state’, I think. I didn’t understand it all but I certainly understood what it meant and what our country is experiencing.

View on the way home – running around.

I left work and stopped at Dollar Tree for several boxes of Kleenex. I should take stock in the company! Seems like all of my boxes run out at the same time. I got gas in the Ford, then stopped and got stamps. They had Christmas ones so I bought two books. Of course I drove past Dad’s banner and said ‘hi’ on my way home.

Drive-by Dad

Autmn txt and said that she and Cameron were going to stop for a visit. He is just so fun and cute! Autmn warned me that Cameron loves stairs, and scales them quickly and easily. She was at the top and I saw him heading there. He was almost the whole way up – with a toy in each hand! – before we grabbed him. But I was right behind him and Autmn was beside him. He’s repeating sounds and words and saying a few words on his own. I can’t wait until he says ‘Mimi!’

Wishing he was outside!

They left about 3pm as Josie (Autmn’s youngest sister) has a dance tonight so she was stopping up to see her. Once they left I Swiffered the downstairs floor – it was sprinkled with Apple juice and BBQ chip crumbs!

All clean!

Please keep praying for my niece Tonia (Kathy’s daughter in law) – her treatments are being escalated as the tumor has grown and they can’t do another surgery safely. My heart is heavy for her and the family.

My blessing today was seeing Autmn and Cameron – and baby hugs!
