Just an update to add to Saturday’s post. Here is a photo of the three of us after the workshop. I am holding my storyboard and am on the far left.
Joanna Moyer, Educational Director for the Westmoreland County Historical Society, is back-center. She spoke on genealogies, researching them and interpreting them and even creating fiction stories from what you uncover. Lots of amazing things out there if you are open to the possibilities!
On the far right is Mary Ann Mogus, a member of both the Greensburg Writer’s Group and the Ligonier Valley Writers. She also volunteers at the historical society and is well versed in archives and archeology.
It was an amazing day; a great pleasure to work with both of these ladies and to have the opportunity to be part of this project. Fun times and great people!
