I was in a sound sleep when the alarm went off this morning. It was very hard to get out of bed, but once I was up I was fine. All the clocks were changed but the car, and I wondered why we got out of church so early. That was an easy fix so we’re all good now.
After Sunday School Mary and I changed the bulletin board in our classroom from winter to SPRING! It looks fresh and fun and very cute. I gave the boys some little PEEPS stickers and they were so excited. I didn’t think they’d care about stickers but they really loved them. Note to self!
Before I came home I stopped at the Mall to walk. It was so cold and blustery and an outside walk wasn’t gonna happen. The center court was finally finished and looked very festive.
I stopped in at Barbara Ann’s country store and bought two Easter coasters. I REALLY needed more coasters… NOT! But they are ones I don’t have. There were more than two, but I actually restrained myself.
Lunch ended up being very unappealing, so I moved past that and went to L&L Fleatique for a quick look around. This time I did NOT buy anything. Made two quick other stops for necessary, boring items. By the time I got home the snow was blowing so hard I couldn’t see in front of me. There are flurries right now but I’m done going out. I’m watching for daylight savings time to keep the evening going.

PEANUTS Thought for the Day:
TOMORROW March 11th is: (There were a LOT today – this is just SOME of them)
311 Day (this was interesting – look it up!!); National Johnny Appleseed Day; Debunking Day; National Persian Rug Day; Eight Hours Day; Key Deer Awareness Day; National Covid 19 Day (WHY do we need that???); National Dream Day; National Napping Day; National Promposal Day; Wash your Nose Day; World Plumbing day; National Button Week.
Yesterday’s ‘fake’ was National Pothole Day – we could probably celebrate that every day around here. But there’s lots to celebrate. How about napping and dreams? They go together. And maybe count your buttons. God bless…
