Saturday! It’s currently 13*. Heatwave! 🙂 I did stay in all day – didn’t even go up for the mail. I’ll get it in the morning. Did talk to my friend Mary – she called to check in.

Mary
I did normal Saturday stuff, with updating pill-keeper, changing and washing sheets, making my lists. I wanted something soft for breakfast so I made muffins, which were yummy. I worked on some research and emails and our spring Skunk Hollow event – which is always tricky.

I had the Grand Ole Opry Christmas on again just in the background while I worked. Talked to Autmn for a bit and she sent me pictures of Cameron. They put his new Mickey Mouse bed together and he slept all night in it last night. First time! He loves it and was super excited.

Perfect fit!

First night…

My happy boy.

Getting creative
I also made a big pot of veggie soup. I put the meat to simmer about 10am and left it cook until a little after 4pm. I just now added the veggies and will eat once I finish this.

TODAY I am thankful for a little sunshine and no snow!

I love dark chocolate! I try to get up every morning… 🙂 My Aunt Joan used to make Baked Alaska for special occasions and I loved it. No serpents please! God bless our freedom!
