Got to Hanna’s Town about 9:45am – there were about 10 of us, working on table set up, seasonal decorations, and food prep. All but 4 were gone by noon – the food crew was there until about 2pm. We got a lot done so tomorrow should be much simpler because of it. I took some pictures of the creativity – turning the Steele house into a fall wonderland.

I came home to a yard totally full of leaves – and a tree not nearly done dropping the rest. One thing at a time.

I was tired but I pushed myself into making cookies. The kids like candy cane cookies – but since these are for Thanksgiving I made the shapes be orange wreaths. They look totally acceptable. That will be it for the day – and I’ll try to post tomorrow. If not, I’ll catch up on Sunday.

QUOTE of the DAY:

PEANUTS?

TOMORROW November 7th is:
National Play Outside Day; National Bittersweet Chocolate with Almonds; National Bison Day; Hug a Bear Day; Notary Public Day.
It will probably be too cool to be outside tomorrow. I’m sure I’ll like the chocolate. I wouldn’t hug a bear unless it was stuffed – or my friend Bear. God Bless…
