I took most of the day to do laundry, make Logan’s bed with freshly washed sheets, and clean the whole house. I finished with that about 3pm, and popped over to Mike P’s to help with a deal. When I came home I walked around the yard and took pictures of some of my spring flowers popping up. Like Grape Hyacinths, Hyacinths, and daffodils.
Nate delivered my auction items which I was excited to get. I ended up with a few garden flags for spring and summer, which I put away. Also won the USA pack, a beautiful bisque egg, and a small antique pitcher (my favorite!)
FINALLY I was able to get my fish sandwich! I was going to get it at Midway-St. Clair fire department but they were closed. So I kept driving to Johnny L’s right up the road. While I was waiting I talked to my neighbor (Mr. G)’s son Michael, and then another customer waiting for an order. It helped pass the time. The sandwich was really good, and I only ate one piece of fish – the other I stuck in the fridge and will eat it tomorrow.
Speaking of tomorrow, Kath and I have plans to go antiquing at Yesterday’s Rave, and to the Library Book Sale, in the morning. That will be fun! In the background right now I am listening to THREE WISE MEN AND A BABY – which was one of my favorite 2022 Christmas movies on Hallmark! So funny – not very often do you get Paul Campbell, Tyler Hynes, and Andrew Walker in the same movie!

TODAY is nine months until Christmas Eve, so tomorrow will be nine months until Christmas day (as Bud would say!). Have a great day celebrating. God bless…
