I didn’t sleep well last night but it’s my own fault. I was waiting for a switch of box springs and didn’t want to sleep in the bed. I was fine all day until now, when I sat down. Now I just want to sleep! But my chores for today were laundry and cleaning. While I was waiting for the box spring switch I got the whole upstairs cleaned. It made such a HUGE difference when they switched the springs. I could not easily get in or out of the bed.
The 9 inch box springs took the mattress to the top of the headboard!
Four inch is MUCH better!
The problem was that the agreed upon springs did not take the height of the antique bed into consideration. They handled it immediately and now all is well! So I got the bed made up and it’s ready for tonight.
I saw the horse out in the pasture today for one of the first times this year. I only saw one so I don’t know where the other one was.
Autmn sent me 2 movies and a photo of Cameron on the playground. He was having a ball – and has no fear! She also sent me pictures of her homemade potato soup. She’s some amazing little cook!

We had a couple of downpours today that were so dense that you couldn’t see past the porch! There are tornado warnings until about 8pm, which is about 20 minutes from now. I just folded towels so other than supper I’m done for the day.
TODAY I am thankful for new box springs!
