There were several things to do in Jeannette – catching up with things that I didn’t have all the pieces to last week. It’s always different when Sir Rege isn’t there. But everything is done as far as possible – still waiting on one piece to complete everything.

Stopped over to help Mike P after that, then — again! — had to stop at Walmart. I promised Nate tuna casserole and didn’t have all the ingredients. I made a big bowl of that, and egg salad, and iced tea. I was going to make cream of potato soup but I think that will wait until tomorrow. I had to stop everything in the middle of the day for my chiropractor appointment. He also adjusted my ankle that has been locking up on me. We’ll see how much of a difference that makes.

Iced Tea in the pitcher; Tuna-nunna in the cloth carrier, egg salad in the brown bowl above, and my Stuffed Pepper soup in the bowl with the purple lid. All set!
Nate is stopping later for his tuna-nunna. And here are the latest duckies I got for Cameron. Or is it for ME? So that’s my day!

Pumpkin duckie and Mickey Mouse duckie — since Cameron has a Mickey Mouse costume this year!

Kelly and Chase are on their way – so I’m thinking this will be the last post until Thursday evening. That will give us time to visit and maybe even do something fun together. I also have to order a birthday gift online and research foam leaves for next year’s Flax Festival (need Kelly’s input).

So until then…..
SCRIPTURE of the DAY:

PEANUTS?

TOMORROW October 15th is:
National Cheese Curd Day; Hagfish Day (??); I Love Lucy Day; National Grouch Day; National Fossil Day; National Mushroom Day; National Roast Pheasant Day; Shine a Light Night.
We used to watch I LOVE LUCY all the time, and even went to that museum in New York a few years ago. Oscar is a grouch, and so is Lucy Van Pelt. I always have night lights on! God bless…
