What a beautiful sunny, warm day! I wasn’t out for very long but it’s beautiful.

Autmn txt me last night. Her and Cameron came over early ( about 9am) and hung out for a while. She was meeting her friend Alex as they had plans about 11am. Cameron was very fun, smart, and had lots to say — He initiated several conversations, even if they were mostly one or two words. We did a lot of playing on the floor. We even watched a little bit of the TV show Bluey. I love the accents!

(That cow was Nate’s when he was that age!)
The rest of the day I cleaned the house, did laundry, took out the trash, shook rugs, and read some chapters in my book. It’s book four (and the last one) in a series so I’m excited to see how it finishes out. There are a lot of loose ends at this point.

I have someone stopping by to look at my gardens, to see if they know someone who can just simply help me weed them, and keep them weed-free. I can probably handle everything else on my own, at least for now.

There isn’t a lot more going on – so off I go. I’m going to go outside and listen since I can’t hear the door bell from downstairs.
SCRIPTURE of the DAY:

PEANUTS?

TOMORROW April 24th is:
National Neck Care Day; National Bucket List Day; National Teach Children to Save Day; National Take our Daughters and Sons to Work Day; National Pigs in a Blanket Day; Fashion Revolution Day; National Skipping Day; New Kids on the Block Day; Scream Day.
My neck is a mess and constantly aching. So maybe tomorrow will help. I doubt very much if my kids will want to go to work with me. The only pig I know likes to hide under her Steeler fleece blanket. I haven’t skipped in years. And New Kids on the Block? I love the Farmhouse Fixer with Jonathan Knight – a New Kid on the Block. He fixes up historic farm houses for clients. Fun! God bless…
